I downloaded osu on my windows 8,1 tablet and it isn't working. It's just a white screen , but i hear the music and when I touch the white screen I hear sounds .
Close the game. Inside your osu! folder, edit a file named "osu!.pcname.cfg" and set the lines "BloomSoftening" and "Shaders" equal to 0. Save the file and try reopening the game.
