When making a new account, add the option to verify your email, once verified, you can download beatmaps and allowed to submit scores. One account per email, this can prevent a substantial loss of multi accounts along with cheaters.
They (I think) have already added the feature where guests can download beatmaps. It wouldn't be fair if we limit it to "VERIFIED ONLY, PLEZ VERIFYS YOU EMAIL!1!".
I'd say I oppose this idea. It's a bit dumb to not allow users the prime features because they don't have an email.
Also, I think this already exists, as when I try to buy something in the store, it says something like "verification required!".
