Problem Details:
I'm having an account verification problem that it seems some people have been having recently. The solution people say to try is logging out of the client and then logging into the new version of the website, etc. but I can't attempt that because the game seems unable to log me in. The loading symbol shown in the screenshot below doesn't disappear, or 'finish loading' as it seems. Any advice would be appreciated.
