I'm somewhat new to osu (played maybe 3 or 4 days in total) so I was looking for some noobi (I have average 73% acc. hehe) friends to play with and practice so we can have more fun!

Hello there!
I've played for a little over a year, but I'm not that great at the game due to my playstyle but the thing I specialize in is HDHR SS'ing Normal difficulties. HD stands for Hidden, while HR stands for Hard Rock, which are mods you can add on in-game. SS is just a way of saying that you've gotten a perfect score by hitting all the notes with perfect timing.
Anyways, If you don't mind playing Normal difficulties and practicing occasionally, then maybe we could play multiplayer or something and be friends!
