I think this is kinda useless because there aren't so many achievements and most of the community doesn't collect them.
Personal i say yeah it would be nice but it is not really necessary. (More Achiements would be nice, like some Taiko achiements^^)

Nah, I think this would mostly be pointless and redundant, because I'm pretty sure half of the osu! population doesn't care when they got their achievements, or they can remember for themselves. If you want a place to list your achievement dates, you can use your supporter user page for that. You can even list your own personal achievements there too.
some of the hush hush achievements are based off incredibly old maps and really should be modified. also I never really realized how one obtains the s-ranker achievement 
Most Improved is impossible for me.
But that is not the point ^^ I don't think we have to discuess achievements here.
