Add a way to lock combo bursts to one side of the screen

I think there should be a way to disable the combo burst's ability to randomly show up on right or left.

It would be great to have a command in the skin.ini file that lets you do this.

That way we could make combo bursts with text in them without it being mirrored when it shows up on the other side.

It just bugs me that I can't put text into the combo bursts...

ComboBursts doesnt show up "randomly" they show up on the opposite side of the notes to avoid hindering your view

my idea is better: remove combobursts.

I always wondered how they never managed to bother me.

Anyway, combobursts tend to be not too noticeable in play. I can't even notice low quality combobursts in play, let alone be bothered to notice text.
