Regardless, Kokizi not mentioning about his conditional ability does not make sense. LS would have atleast mentioned about it as a unknown conditional. I just can't really see LS giving off abilities as if would seem random to the player.

thing is whatever LS did or didn't confirm in thread doesn't change the fact that Koki had a valid claim ready for being a doublevoter, and has a pretty plausible way of obtaining this ability along the way, all of this game considered.
