I really have a hard time understanding it, all of yor performance Aim, Speed, Etc make it up correct? But if that is so to get 100% weighted you must get SS? Or it is possible for someone with 95% have a 100% weight

Weight is unrelated to accuracy or any other factor other than Raw PP.
Most PP will always be 100% weight, and each next one will decrease.

So how would i get the 100% weight, i mostly just get barely 50% weight mostly less
To get a score weighted 100% at this particular moment, you would need to get a score worth 11+pp. However, as you play more this will change. In order for me to get a score weighted 100%, I would need to get 482+pp.
If you were to get a score right now, worth 15pp, you would not be able to get another score weighted 100% until you get something higher than that.

Since your top play is 11pp, you would need to get 12pp to get 100% weight on that score.
Your then previous top play of 11pp will then become 95% weight, the next one 90% etc etc...
