1.投票时间：2017年11月12日-2018年01月21日 00:00（UTC+8）
2.投票仅在官方论坛投票帖有效。
3.投票方式：在官方论坛贴进行投票。
4.选拔规则：本次评选采用提名制，你可以选出 10 位玩家进行投票。
5.可以参与本次投票的玩家，必须满足下列条件：6.被提名的玩家，必须满足下列条件：
- 华人玩家【游戏旗帜为中国、台湾、香港或者澳门】
- PP（Performance）总数在 2000 以上
- PC（Play Count）数量大于 3000
- 半年内处于活跃状态
- 非被 Ban 或者被限制（Restricted）玩家
- 【如不能满足以上(2) ~ (4)的其中一个条件】Ranked 图超过 5 张的 mapper 也能参与投票
注：从投票时间开始，即使不计入的玩家在投票时间开始后刷新了 PP，依然不会计入。
- 华人玩家
- PP（Performance）总数在 6750 以上
- PC（Play Count）数量大于 17500
- 半年内处于活跃状态
- 非被 Ban 或者被限制（Restricted）玩家
