Before you ask for GD you should learn to map yourself. Watch some of pishifat's videos to understand the basics of mapping. Your Insane difficulty is nowhere near the Ranking Criteria and is unplayable. Play some Insane maps yourself and compare what other mappers do to what you are doing. Once you believe that your map is up to scratch then ask again for a GD.
