Look at cyclone with his deep red name.

I see no problems with it, other than insane's drain is a little high for my taste (i'm losing health on spinners), but alas, cyclone is a bitch and refuses to change it, so what am I to do?

Ival instabubbled, I instarank. You get the "ranked with the minimum amount of modding" achievement.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to find details on the soundtrack artist(s).

Well my Megaman(Storm Eagle) beatmap defaultly had the artist as "Capcom Sound Team" so I don't think any particular person makes these songs. It is probably safe to keep it as is.
