What the user is trying to convey is that:

- He is failing at the end of the map even though his hp is full and he keeps fc throughout the map.

He had this happen on both multiplayer and singleplayer and the issue persists on both. On multiplayer, it shows as failed on the score screen at the end, but it doesn't show as failed at the multiplayer webpage as shown below.

https://osu.ppy.sh/community/matches/36205486 - MP match, first game.
https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/9128034 - Score screen

Also his score doesn't show as submitted even though other failed scores are shown:

https://hey.s-ul.eu/4fGm43K9 - His recent scores. (This also might be an issue with failed multiplayer scores won't get submitted although I'm not sure)

Does this happen on every map?

And out of curiosity, does it happen when you are not logged into the game?

Do you get a lot of lag when you play osu!?

Have you tried switching to cutting edge or beta and testing?

Do you get a lot of lag when playing osu? (I would really like to know the answer to this question)

And you can try switching your release stream in the options like in this picture:

Try anything except Fallback

I'm going to guess the maps in question have their mp3 file end extremely close to the end of the actual audio, and that you have a Universal offset set that pushes the map past the mp3's audio length. When that happens osu! doesn't know what to do and fails.

Please make sure your Universal offset is 0.

Ah yes, that is it, I was able to recreate the issue on both of these maps with an offset of -300ms
