I'm pretty sure the BSS is based on a 30-day month.

i think its commonly known that it should be 28days for grave: just go and ask any experienced mappers

If it hasn't been moved to the Graveyard by 19th, which I doubt it won't, you can contact a QAT member to move it.

This is an actual issue and is being looked into.
