Problem Details:

Hello, greetings, my problem is this:

When I played a map, I made a new high score, here is where my problem appears: The game does not give me the highest ranking in the world ranking, instead shows the previous one, besides I did not receive pp for a new score

maybe be it just didnt appear? try reloading
or sadly, your play didnt get submitted (hopefully not)

If you have been playing more, make sure you are logged in and online as scores will not submit without. Rankings also sometimes take a minute to update (Switching back and forth a couple maps sometimes help it along)

If you have a chronic issue of scores not submitting, you can try these steps (Do know, closing the game or attempting these steps will mark any pending scores as Invalid. osu! only attempts to submit a score ~1 hour after achieving it, so attempt this when safe)

Restart PC, Router, Modem;
Release and Renew IPConfig;
Flush DNS
