I have some idea...

It's waveform graph of the music that you editing.
I think it would be great for offset or beat finding.
It's easier to see bass drum or snare drum.

I like this since you can see easily compare how far away your offset should be in comparison to the music

Wow!!!! That's so cool...
But it would be amazing if it's available in this Osu! (that not osu!lazer)
or do it in both Osu!

i don't think the develops will make any major changes to osu anymore as they mainly focus on osu!lazer instead of osu now.
