Helps! I can not find my osu! skin T-T

I have using a osu! skin serveral years before, but I could not find it.

I only have a screenshot, it has these words on top-left corner, below the hp bar:

Integrated Rhythm Evaluating 6 Imaging System "OSU!"
Player: Magazine Rin

So could someone know this and tell me the skin?
