Should i just keep playing these maps working my way up in bpm?
https://osu.ppy.sh/s/72474 (i can only pass up to 150 bpm in one go)

Also would it be worth it to half time some of the higher bpms that i can't do?

Or

Should i just DT random maps?
I don't really have a problem with the higher AR.
I can somewhat read AR 9 with DT just keeping up with tapping is super difficult for me.

Instead try to move the fingers faster, use the exactly same movement as you do playing low bpm, but closer to where the keydown triggers. it's more coordination than speed itself.
To improve stamina play 160-170bpm doing more finger movement, try to get the more far from keys you can without lose acc.. That force you to move the fingers faster and faster even playing low bpm. And you build more stamina tapping than you ever will need xD.
Just never force the hand.
As you play more bpm you also need improve the reading. Play deathstream and spaced streams a lot and search the AR where you get more confortable playing them.
I used this 2 maps to learn how to play deathstreams.

Try to pass them until you find how, play also stream maps where you can get +98% acc to don't build bad habits playing those maps.
Also halftime it's good to improve coordination and muscle memory. Also to listen better the music.

To improve speed, basically play maps with highest BPM you can do.
To improve stamina, play maps that makes your fingers *tired*.

Be 13 and have ADHD is the best solution I can find.

Otherwise stop playing long stream practise maps, find variety of stream maps, sort them to burst stream long stream and death stream maps, work your way up from burst stream to long stream and to death stream. And bam progress, everyone improve at different pace so don't be discourage if you can't stream as good as others

And this

Manual you don't even know if it's a stamina problem or a finger control problem why would you suggest death stream when he would most likely mash through them without developing any muscle memory for his tapping finger anyways

Yeah I can somewhat read ar11 but my tapping can't keep up

Play more. Literally. That's all you have to do. No, not those shitty jump maps you play for pp. Real maps with bursts and streams.

?
Real maps have meme patterns and low AR

Death streams are the easier to read. It's the easier way to get properly into stacked, normals or spaced, where the circles aren't that easier to read compared to death streams where you can see all the circles in a row.

Lol well I'm not the one to judge but i can do stacks, long stream, spaced stream, stream jumps without touching deathstream

clcikc the circles

Great map to learn how to do spaced streams.
Those are easy to learn. Even if not the easiers to sightread.

These problems don't seem at all worth the worry to me.

Consistency is the foundation of this game. Every skill goes toward consistency and consistency goes toward every skill.

It seems that these are problems that arise from playing the wrong way, and in doing so people focus more on fixing the problem directly, which makes it worse.

Everything can be fixed through the foundation.

For singletap stamina: There is a guide for that. Look at the pinned threads.

For alternating/stream stamina: Singletap your desired BPM speed with your non-dominant finger. Works really well (for me anyways)

I do strength training with handgripper, gyroball and yo-yo.

12 minutes of gyroball - on each hand 6 one minute sets (3 clockwise and 3 counterclockwise).

1 set 30 times squeezes with 40 kg handgripper on each hand.

50 ordinary loops with yo-yo on each hand. https://yoyotricks.com/yoyo-tricks/looping-introduction/139/
