1st off, I can't seem to make it work. There seems to be a missing sound file.

Second off, You will need to add at least one more difficulty if you want this to be ranked. (preferably an easier one based on the fact you have a Hard.)

timing feels a little bit off though after fixing it.

After that, Timing -> Resnap Current Section(using 1/4 beat snap divisor please)

This song has a nice feel to it. My only concern is sometimes the notes don't move anywhere, and they feel as though they should. (They are stacked on top of each other. 00:48:33 being an example of this) It's not a bad thing, but i feel you overused it all at once.

Another difficulty please.

01:15:50 (1) - Remove this.

Easy:

01:06:78 (2) - Shorten by 1/2 beat, move forward by 1/2 beat.

Not much to change

You may want to consider 1 or 2 Spinners at some point in the song. But if you don't want to, it should be ok.

I agree with you on the spinners. They don't always fit. Fix that one slider and i'll bubble.

OK~I fixed it

but I'm not sure about what you mean since move (2) forward 1/2 after shorten it will overlap the (1)

so I deleted the (1) and move (2) 1/2 forward like you said, is that right?

OK~fixed!! and now I know what "forward" means

Also, I decided to remove those spinners in both difficulties since they don't really fit in...

There was an offset change between James' bubble and my heart, but james agrees with the offset change, so no problems.
