[resolved] Problems downloading beatmaps. plz help

Problem Details:

When i try to download Beatmaps i get a error message saying the website cant be reached.

Currently running the latest stable version of osu!: b20170616.1

(not really sure how to do this so i hope this is ok)

Also this only started happening a few days ago, if that helps

What do you get when you reach https://bm6.ppy.sh/? Try restarting your router/modem. Having any problems with your internet?

No, it's only this website that seems to have problems. I've ended up just starting to download from Bloodcat. :cry:

This happened to me once before. It happened when they did an update to the site. What parts do you get the error in, is it only when downloading maps?

Please do a traceroute to bm6.ppy.sh. Open cmd and type in "tracert bm6.ppy.sh". Once it's done, provide the results here.

So, i was happening problems, but after taking a camping trip for a weekend the problem seems to be fixed. I guess the problem was just osu! telling me to get a life and get off my ass. feelsconfusedman

i guess it was just a problem on my end :/

i guess it was just a problem on my end :/
Temporary Network issues happen (either on your end or ISP's end) it happens, and sometimes you can't do much about it (especially if it's an ISP issue).
