Supporting osu 4$ per month or 4$ only?

All is in the title, after 3 years to play at osu I want to support this game and have the extra function like osu direct but I don't want to paid 4$ per mouth so i ask here before paid

It is 4$ per mouth (like after one month I don't have functionality of supporter)

It is all mouth they pick me 4$ of my paypal ?

What permanent things I can have with supporter function ?
