to be more precise, the main issue i see with it is score balance. i mostly play insanes , but one of the aspect of the chart is that most of the time when you can't pass one you play the lower diff to score on a certain map. on most maps i've played so far, hard is just worthless compared to what insane can give (hello disconnected hardcore). i'm not whining about me not being able to pass a few of the insanes here-but about how for most mid-skilled players it will be impossible to be in the top 40. most of high levels players have no interest in this feature at the moment(and that won't change as long as ranked score goes the way it does), so if it's also inacessible to low-high /mid players, it has no purpose.

another personal issue is that i hate about half of the musics here (read :japaneses voices and/or touhou-related)

finally, a lot of the insanes i've played so far features the same kind of skills requirements ,sometimes following nearly-similar structures). i believe this is also an harm , beacause it could have been richer gameplay-wise.

i don't blame any map individually (tbh i love disconnected hardcore). but i think they don't fit when put together. this chart just feels "poor" to me. whenever i see a monthly chart,i'm always ecxited before testing it. this wasn't the case this month.

Even though the lower difficulties should give a reasonable number of points, the top players on each chart will likely be the ones who play the hardest difficulty, anyway. For players with less playing capability, there are still some maps with reasonable score spreads. (Angels, What If, What You Know...)

I'm sorry if you don't like all the songs on the chart, but some people do and the song choice is not related to the quality of the maps themselves. I'm sure you're aware of this, though.

I don't know why you would say that the maps on this chart play the same, most of them seem pretty different, at least to me. You have jumpy maps, symmetrical maps, streamy maps, a swing map, and more. I'd say there's enough diversity in this month's choices.

I can't change your mind about the quality of this Monthly Chart, but we did try our best to make it fun. Thanks for your input.

Personally, I thoroughly enjoyed the chart, this was my first time attempting all the songs in a chart, and it was damn fun. I look forward to next month's chart!
