Simple rules: (this also applies to global queues)
(1) Your song needs to be an actual song.
(2.1) No FA songs that are not listed on the FA page since this may cause copyright problems to the composer (here is why.) Exception: songs declared as free to use; most of the songs in Tone Sphere
(2.2) No a_hisa / Team Grimoire / Doin / kamome sano / Ujico*/Snail's House / Yukopi / Rayark Inc. / people listed here with "×" or "▲" if applicable songs without their permission
(2.3) No MixianP/JurokuNeta./NoKANY/DGK songs (see top comments here)
(3) Your set must be finished, which means all your diffs + hitsounds are finished
Preferences:
(1) You map like/are the owner of one of my favorite maps
(2) Your map's artist is Linkin Park, amazarashi, Yorushika, An, Feryquitous, HIMEHINA, or original vocaloid/vocalsynth
(3) A decent map if you don’t have anything ranked yet and/or I don't know you
(4) I think it's hard to find BN(s) for your map, iykyk
