You should probably add a background. Backgrounds are really nice. Just make sure the background is less than 1920x1200 and is preferably .png
I think the source should probably be Cytus
Add some tags to help the user search for your map, a good place to start would be the genre of music.. oh what genre does xi make though. Well a good place to start would be to add the tag electronic.
You should disable the countdown in the song setup menu, countdowns aren't for osu!mania.
The OD and HP drain are probably too low for a 5* map, consider increasing them both to 8.
Before the mod of the difficulty, you can click on the time stamps when you have the editor open and it will go to that time.
00:03:190 (3190|1,3190|3,3190|2,3949|1,3949|2,3949|3) - Change the pattern of the chords here to
to better represent the different pitches of the chords.
00:16:101 (16101|2,16101|3,16101|1) - Remove the leftmost note on this chord? The same instrument at 00:16:860 - only has two notes.
00:16:860 (16860|3,16860|2) - Move the note in the 3rd(leftmost note) one column left. The last notes of the same instrument were at 00:16:101 (16101|2,16101|1,16101|3) - and were a higher pitch.
00:17:620 (17620|3,17620|2,17620|1) - Remove the rightmost note on this chord? Same as 00:16:101 (16101|2,16101|3,16101|1) -
00:18:379 (18379|2,18379|0,18379|3) - Remove the rightmost note on this chord Same as above
The last 4 suggestions are to help represent the pitch of the chords by the placement of the keys.
00:21:038 (21038|3,21038|0,21038|1,21417|2,21417|3,21417|0) - Flip these two chords around. The first one should have a higher pitch than the second one. Unless you've been mapping inverse notes the entire time, and than just rip.
00:22:557 (22557|1,22557|3,22557|0) - Move the rightmost note in this chord left one to represent the pitch of the chord in relation to the chord at 00:22:936 (22936|1,22936|0,22936|3) -
00:22:936 (22936|1,22936|0,22936|3) - Move the leftmost two notes right one. This chord is a higher pitch than the chord at 00:21:038 -
00:42:303 (42303|2,42303|1,42303|3) - Remove the leftmost note.
00:42:683 (42683|2,42683|3,42683|1) - Remove the middle note.
The above two suggestions are to help better represent the pitch of the notes at 00:42:303 (42303|1,42303|2,42303|3,42493|1,42493|2,42683|2,42683|1,42683|3) -
Sadly I'm not nearly good enough at detecting pitch to help with the pitch of these fast 1/4 beat piano sections
Just letting you know, there are unmapped piano notes at 00:49:139 - you might already know this, if you feel that the play field is already crowded enough, you could probably just ignore it.
00:54:835 - Breaks in osu!mania aren't really okay, especially in a insane difficulty. Try just using simple patterns here to represent the music. If you overmap this section(the breaktime) with lots of 3 and 4 key chords it won't represent the mood of this section very well though.
01:00:911 (60911|0,60911|2,60911|3) - move the two rightmost notes left one since its a lower pitch than 01:02:430 (62430|0,62430|2) -
01:30:531 (90531|1,90531|2,90531|3,90531|0,90769|1,90769|2,90769|3,91030|2,91030|3) - I noticed that the pattern here is supposed to put emphasis on the two instruments it represents, so I won't suggest adding or removing any notes. I just suggest changing the direction of the chords. See
01:32:810 (92810|1,92810|0,92810|2) - Remove the leftmost note here because it is distinctively a higher pitch than the same instrument at 01:32:050 (92050|2,92050|0) - Although the 3 key chord would be a higher pitch, having 3 keys represent a similar sound that was represented with 2 keys earlier just isn't right.
01:39:645 (99645|0,99645|1) - Move the rightmost key one right since it is a slightly higher pitch than the chord at 01:39:360 (99360|1,99360|2,99360|0) -
00:16:053 (16053|1,17572|3,92762|0,123332|3,123332|1,124091|2,124922|3) - Move all of these keys left one
02:05:753 (125753|2) - Move this key right one
The previous two suggestions were made to emphasis the higher pitch of the last note.
02:05:753 (125753|2) - The very last LN should end around here depending on what instrument the LN is supposed to represent.
