Timing is very important! The BPM and offset on this map are incorrect, leading to many off-rhythm notes. Please redo this so that the rhythm matches the rhythm of the song. If you're having trouble with this, you can post in this thread to get help.
The majority of the notes are unsnapped. If you changed your BPM after placing notes, it can cause notes to not fall on any beat/line on the timeline. To resnap the notes automatically, go to Timing>Resnap All Notes.

The source of a song should only be used if it is from a game/film/etc.
Change the Artist to "Twenty One Pilots", there's no need to include the singer name. You can include that in the tags instead.
For the note density in this map, the AR seems too low, especially at 00:34:080 (38,39,40,41,42,43,44,45,46,47,48,49,50,51,52,53,54,55,56,57,58) - where it becomes difficult to read. AR 6.5-7.5 would be more suitable.

Start a new combo for every measure/bar of the song. Typically this will mean that your combos will be 3-15 notes long. Avoid combos that are more than 15 notes long.
