Skinning and Sounds Question

Do the sounds for a skin have to be customized. If they are not does that force the skin to still be called a mixed skin?
Also is there a specific type of sounds that need to be used.

Hitsound is allow to mixing, editing or remixing. Because hitsound is hard to make by your self. or you can cutting form some music to using in interface sound or hitsound.

custom sounds don't have to be custom and they don't qualify as a mixed skin. However, if you know the author of the sounds, PM them for permission
