Problem Details:

Well, I did a 4 star map without any mods and I still don't got it

This right here, you have to click share and get the link, this is your personal DB link. Get the one for others to see.

Looked at your profile on the other hand. You have a lot of 1-2.5* songs played. If you played a 4* song, the achievement will not count with things like NF, EZ or any Difficulty Decrease mods. I used to play 4-5* NFs and never got these. Just recently I started to get better and started to get these achievements.

Just examining the link makes me know what's wrong. I know this map and this isn't a 4* map. This is a 3.999999999* (or something like that) map. Which means, this is classified as a 3* star map when grouping in the game and by the medal system. You won't obtain a 4* medal with this one, try another one. Just look below. The fact this isn't in the 4* group says it all.

This one's unranked. Unranked maps give you nothing, meaning you can't earn medals from them. Go play ranked maps, they're the ones giving you stuff, like medals. They're recognisable in-game with that blue double arrow at the upper-left corner of the screen, like Hopes and Dreams above. You can find more of them here.
