As mentioned, this diff is pretty chaotic and indeterminate on what layer of music it follows.
You said the kiai is focused around vocals, drums and guitar.
The part after the kiai is mapped very similar to the kiai, despite the vocals missing.
I suggest you remap the kiai together with the post kiai part to do get following things checked:
Make the difference between the 2 parts clear in your way of mapping.
the post kiai part should be a little less intense.
And make a easily recognizeable pattern of what was mapped to, whereas now the focus switches between guitar, drums and vocal so often, its incomprehensible.

Additionally: 00:00:533 - this section is actually much harder than the kiai, and should be seriously nerfed, since otherwise it goes against intensity again.nerfed then

Setting issues

Please consider removing the 40% Volume timing point at 00:24:470 - because it makes all notes barely audible, which makes little sense when listening to the song ok

This spread looks pretty good, nothing really needs to be changed for my taste.

[Muzukashii -> Im Yours]
This spread is very far apart from eachother, buffing the Muzukashii is useless, since it will ruin the Futsuu -> Muzukashii spread.
My suggestion is you nerf "Im Yours" together with the little remap suggestion i gave you, to try and get these 2 difficulties a little closer together difficulty-wise

1. There's some inconsistency in your intensity of your map according to the intensity of the song. I'd highly suggest you to nerf this part : 00:00:533 - 00:08:533 - . It's currently as intense as your kiai, tho, it's only an intro.
2. 00:21:033 (81,82,83,84,85,86,87,88,89,90,91,92,93,94,95,96,97,98,99,100,101) - This combo is quite long, and some triplet usage make the difficulty quite inconsistent. it makes the whole combo harder than the next part. But the intensity of the song is ascending.
3. 00:54:533 (209) - I'd highly to suggest you to change this one into a big don. You used a big don on every other diff for this note, except on this diff. Also, it'd flow better if this 00:54:283 (208) - is a kat. if you changed the K into D.
4. 01:31:533 (352,353,354,355) - I think the kkk d here flow quite weird with the music. How about changing it ? kkd d or kkd k sounds better to me. (and it's consistent with this 01:47:533 (419,420,421,422,423) - ). According to how you mapped it, I'd say, if you don't fix it, it should be better to change this one 01:32:533 (356) - into a kat, to make it consistent with this one : 01:39:533 (385,386,387,388,389) - .

In general patterns are okay. But I believe a lot of change is needed to have a consistent mapping in every difficulty according to the song.
