General Things maybe,,,
Lower AR for such a low star beginner map.
Inconsistent kinds of flow if that makes sense. Try and maintain a theme.
Timing Timing Timing, your offset seems to be off and its noticeable as you get into the map.
00:35:599 (2) - weird flow, feels unnatural
00:38:313 (2) - snapped on blue tick, maybe you were going for that
00:39:027 (3) -  Clean up blanket a bit
00:54:313 (2) - Place circle on red tick here to maintain 1/4th kind of theme you had here ( 00:51:884 (2) - ) and here (00:47:313 (2) - )
01:29:599 (6) - blanket could be better not a big deal tho same with others
01:41:313 (1) - idk if this slider is supposed to be straight up and down or not but if it is its off
01:43:599 (1) - is this supposed to be a blanket? would look better (imo) if it were

02:07:324 (3) - The spacing here is a bit confusing. Maybe just create a closer stack here.
02:16:467 (4) - Here the spacing makes sense. I think it's just the odd slider velocity.
03:18:753 (4) - Perhaps move this hitcircle more further out left rather than down.
03:19:039 (5) - If you do above^, move slider left a bit as well.
04:01:896 (1) - 04:18:610 (5) Make the slider velocity less fierce. Reduce the slider velocity at least to 1.25x. That much of an increase at once from 0.80x to 1.33x is too much of a jump in slider velocity.
For being a 1/8 mapped song, this is a rather well-mapped beatmap.

Timing seems a bit wrong to me still, I tried to time it, but I dont know how to do multi sections (it is definitely multi section)
There are still some sections that seems require +10 ms. Oh well.

Either use OD8, or AR8. The differences between the two are too big, doesnt fit the map.

Also, check aimod, it says that some objects are not snapped.

00:09:902 (1) - move it slightly to the right, so that it makes better curve with previous notes
00:12:187 (1) - few pixels up
02:38:480 (1) - maybe remove nc?
03:17:337 (1,2) - a bit strange flow. I think that slider should be pointed towards next note
03:28:765 (1) - maybe make it slightly curved too? It will make better flow imo
04:01:622 (2) - i think you can make this slider 1.00x and add a note after it

04:14:194 (6,1,2) - make it symmetrical?
04:16:765 (1,2,3) - maybe rotate it for like 10 degrees, so that spacing beetween first slider and previous note will increase. It would make better flow

최근에 랭킹 크리테리아가 좀 바뀌면서 현재 맵셋에서 사용하고 있는 배경 사이즈(1920*1200)도 허용이 됩니다.

그리고 메타데이터 확실한가요? 만약 아니라면, 로마자 표기법에 의거하여 "Horang Suwolga" 가 되어야 한다고 생각하네요.
