I think, that game settings should be stored online and assigned to user.

You can also carry your configuration file around with you or store it online. It is not difficult at all.

I like this idea but its not ideal (and I think its rare) for a player to play osu! on multiple PC's... (because the 'Song Folder' is the big problem most of the time)

Yup.. I agree to this... Better if you'll try to look your own .cfg file on your osu!folder and try to store it to a private storage....
Usually the .cfg name format is: <PC Name>.cfg

Example:


Always remember (as what every .cfg file says..):
# IMPORTANT: DO NOT SHARE THIS FILE PUBLICLY.
# IT CONTAINS YOUR LOGIN CREDENTIALS IF YOU HAVE THEM SAVED.

i like but i think not work for other version like fallback.. or also should have a button to save the custom configuration and open window for found the file .cfg imo

Click this to get into the folder where the cfg is located.
The cfg is there for the fallback version as well.
