Set combo colors for all diffs.
Why is normal-hitnormal a... snare..? Can you make it something else... idk like, it just doesn't fit at all with the song having a clap literally everywhere.

00:04:959 (3) - Jump is too big for a calm section imo.

00:06:772 (2) - Skips a strong beat at 00:07:102 - if you want to map it. I would try to get it with a reverse or something.

Throughout the difficulty you place really high focus on vocals that you end up ignoring a lot of the drums. 00:29:354 - 00:29:519 - 00:30:343 - 00:31:992 - for example. I recommend mapping more of the drums to keep a consistent rhythm on the difficulty because lower ranked players do need that.

00:07:596 (1,2) - Would sound better to me if you started the 2 on the downbeat instead because the slight variation in the bass isn't very noticeable to a player.

From the start the usage of so many finishes in a calm section kind of ruins the calm feeling of it - recommend removing them and replacing with whistles or something less jarring. Throughout the song they're used a bit too frequently. I recommend one at least every four downbeats unless the song itself is doing it more frequently.

00:16:828 (1) - Could be two circles because of the distinct trumpet sounds.

00:56:388 (1,2) - Patterning looks a bit weird considering 1 is curved and 3 is curved after but 2 is straight. Doesn't look like any shape either, so try making 2 curved as well?
01:09:905 (2) - Trumpet is being more interesting so you could map this as two circles instead.
01:13:365 - Noticeable beat you're skipping here that could be cool to map if you're following trumpet.

00:04:960 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4) - The vocal is perfectly 1/2 instead of the 1/4 pattern you're using. So, you should consider that as overmapping.
00:12:377 (3,4) - Flow is really odd here, it doesn't feel natural while playing. My idea is moving (3)&(4) 's tail like this way http://i.imgur.com/hSLQ8QZ.jpg . If you see, (3) has better curve and transition to (4), it's more readable for players.
00:43:036 - Here start the downbeat so remove NC and delete this NC from 00:43:365 - .
00:51:443 (5,1) - Just why this huge and antiflow widescreen jump ;_;
00:55:399 (2) - Add NC because of the SV change, it makes the slider more readable.
00:59:355 (2) - curve this a little bit for better transition to the next pattern.

My opinion: This difficult has potential in many ways, the rhythm is fine and the pattern idea is well performed. The only thing I consider important to fix is the flow from your sliders and circles. Well, It was quite obvious since most of my mod pointed the same. For a map (at least in my point of view) this is essential for playability and it helps to the player to read better the next patterns. Of course, this is way too optional ('cuz there exist antiflow style) but I think your map would play much better if you polish the entire map. If you want to know more about this, you can check some tutorials and guide made by Pishifat: osu!mapping: flow + circles & osu!mapping: flow + sliders (watch flow+circles first before this one).

My opinion: This difficult has potential in many ways, the rhythm is fine and the pattern idea is well performed. The only thing I consider important to fix is the flow from your sliders and circles. Well, It was quite obvious since most of my mod pointed the same. For a map (at least in my point of view) this is essential for playability and it helps to the player to read better the next patterns. Of course, this is way too optional ('cuz there exist antiflow style) but I think your map would play much better if you polish the entire map. If you want to know more about this, you can check some tutorials and guide made by Pishifat: osu!mapping: flow + circles & osu!mapping: flow + sliders (watch flow+circles first before this one).

already watched both, they're really helpful; i agree that it's essential, but pishi also said that repetition can build a good structure too, and i tried to use as many back-and-forth movements as possible, even when the jumps came under the category of circular flow.
for sliders completely agree tho, that should be fixed

Both BG and mp3 are pretty low quality, you can increase the BG's resolution and get a 192 kbit/s mp3 for better audio, you'll need new offset after it though.
