Here's the reason why i added a Beginner diff. I asked several people in #german who doesn't play Mania for testplay for the Easy difficultie. All of them told me they don't like it because it's simply too hard. While for experianced player the Easy might look really.. well.. Easy, it didn't for them. According to feedback and several more testplays this is the Beginner which most of them liked!

Thanks! About the Video. I used Avidemux (pmuch just the Guide i found on the osu! forums) for video encoding. If you can give me a better one (or same quality) with lower MB i would really appreciate it!
