Easy:Just some light suggestions.
- 00:19:503 (4) - Think this looks better at 1.0x DS
- 01:48:170 (4) - Move 4 grids up.
- 02:44:837 (3,4) - Not a good position for these two. Shift somewhere more intuitive.
Laurier's Normal:Map has a much clearer structure than the later difficulties, which I am at the same time, happy about & slightly disappointed with.
- 00:58:837 (6) - Can be made perfect.
- 01:12:170 (3,4) - Too close in proximity to the previous slider.
Here's what you could do:
If not, just find an alternative way around it however you wish.
- 01:56:003 (8) - New Combo. And remove the one on the note after this.
- 01:58:670 (4) - ^
- 02:15:337 - I'd like for the break to be mapped, but considering the star rating and the difficulty curve it's better not to.
S o r d a's Hard:Firstly, why is there such a huge difference in AR & OD? Bring it down to AR7, please. It plays much better like this.
I don't see any reason to want to inbalance the map like this.
I feel your note placements can be done better. I like your mapping rhythm, but I feel your note & slider arrangements are not on par. They can be much nicer, because some parts just look sloppish to me.
- 01:06:837 (1,2,3) - I don't recommend using a triplet for a drum stack like this, even more so when the drum stack is 1/2 and not 1/4.
- 01:07:337 (1) - You can stack this under ^ if you want to.
- 01:08:003 (2) - Not really an intuitive place since this note is stacked a bit later and especially since it doesn't have new combo for easier identification.
-02:02:337 (2) - Better stacked on (3) in my opinion.
- 02:03:003 (4) - Following above, stack this on (5).
- 02:03:670 (6) - Do the same for this if you decide to make the changes.
- 02:10:837 (1) - This spinner is definitely not a good idea.
It's going to make people combo-break because it's extremely short. If anything, putting it at - 02:10:587 - may help
but I cannot say for sure if it's going to be at least 2000 points.
I really doubt you'd get to keep this at all, even if you choose to let it stay after my mod. I'd suggest you remove it and think of something else.
- 02:15:337 - No harm in mapping through this section.
- 02:33:337 (6,7) - Why is this like that?
- 02:35:587 (2,3) - I honestly think it would be better to leave these out.
- 02:44:003 (4,5,6) - Could look better, just align those notes.
- 02:58:170 (3,4,5) - Positioning is fine as far as being able to hit those notes goes, but if you can make it look more appealing, you should do so.
- 03:04:170 - Why not finish it through and map all the way?
Insane:Very spacious map, I don't see a whole lot of bad overlaps or off-handed notes so it's generally fine.
Just maybe you should revise some of the longer sliders and use more than 1 slider point so they'll look smoother.
I just think some of your sliders lack refining, you could improve them and keep the same rhythm.
I also noticed that the SV is 2.10, that's quite a large jump from Hard, which is only 1.60x
- 01:07:337 - Here's a small suggestion for you.
- 01:08:337 (2,3) - If you apply that, you could stack these two under the slider-end then.
- 02:06:753 - Add a note here to complete the drum triplet.
- 02:15:337 - Actually, I think you can map this part onwards no problems.
The score is far from 18 ~ 20 million and I think this part is a better follow-up to - 02:26:170 -
- 02:55:503 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Haha, I'm sure you can make this stream prettier. Looks very crude.
- 03:04:170 - Hmm, consider mapping from here on perhaps? I think it would be nice closure to the map.
That's it.
