Open the difficulty you already have in the editor.
Go to file and create new difficulty.
When the popup appears that shows metadata and other settings, type in the name of your new difficulty and press OK.
It will then ask you if you want to clear all objects or not. Choose either option, usually you want to remove all objects though.
You should be all good to go! Change other settings as needed and then be sure to save.
