Generally the mod would be designed to calculate whether we are able to achieve the desired acc while playing.
For e.g. When you aim to have around 97%+acc but at the beginning of the map you got a lot of 100/50 and you are not sure you can get acc you want even if you play without acc drop till end of map,then you can just add that mod and it will work as sudden death/perfect mod but for specific acc.
