[Inner Oni]
Firstly I think OD7 is way too high for this considering the bpm changes you have at the start aswell as some of the finishers further in. Also are those actually needed? In all the other Garyou Tensei sets I've seen they stick to a steady 200bpm.

If they are you should add SV changes to that part to make sure it stays readable. Pretty sure someone in Tasha's discord made a program for that.

Hitsounds are custom, i am not against it per se but id like to quote the wiki regardless that you are breaking a guideline since these HS arent neccessarily drums that i know of. "Custom hitsounds must be drum-related. If custom hitsounds are used, they should have deeper/lower tone set as don and a higher/lighter tone as kat."
Since its only a guideline, you should be okay with reason tho.
Bg seems fine.
01:29:213 - remove these green unused lines in all difficulties where they arent used.
Metadata seems satisfactory.

OD seems a bit too steep around Oni & Inner Oni.
I suggest OD 6 or OD6.5 for your Inner Oni since its a 200 bpm streamy kind of map, tho id prefer OD6 over 6.5.

HP seems too high on muzu, increase to 5.5HP to make the dip of HP that is usual at muzukashii noticeable?

Thus i suggest you put sound between the existing finishers wherever you see fit, because there are sounds that i feel like are being left out.

Your general use of Sliders such 00:22:770 (1) - is questionable since:
-> its short, ergo confusing for kantan players.
-> it starts earlier than the sound it would be most sensible to represent, making it even shorter if corrected (00:23:070 - )
Thus i suggest you replace those sliders with something more sensible.
More examples of said sliders having said problems:
>00:32:069 (1) - This one in particular can be replaced by a note on 00:32:069 - and a note on 00:33:269 - , forming a break which is very much needed with a combo longer than a kiai.

Each Kiai repeats the same pattern twice, so i suggest (after taking away the sliders, which obstruct the structure of the kiai aswell as said reasons) you repeat the patterns to keep it consistent/ predictable for the Kantan player.
00:24:869 (1,1,1,1,1,1) - these 2 patterns dont line up for example, despite being the same musical pattern, they are inconsistent.
Please apply to all Kiais aslong as you agree with what i said.

00:40:168 (1) - this note does not serve any real purpose, its mapped on nothing special really, not very good to find improvisation and quite weird 1/2 in kantans, i suggest you remove this note

01:10:465 (111) - ^ map to cymbals.
01:58:760 (81) - ^

01:40:762 (21) - make this a K finisher to make it different from Gong sound just before it?

Concerning the Kiai/Spread situation:
This futsuu contains pretty long combos, being in one league with the Kantan, thats good!
This futsuu contains moderate amount of *Simple* 1/2 for its combo lengths, being different from Kantan using multicolor 1/1 very frequently, you should take a look at the 1/2 patterns in your kiais and regard the pitch again.
Suggestions to make them multicolored (more complex) and sound better (my main reason is pitch here, if im wrong, im sorry):
01:42:561 (29) - k
01:41:211 (23) - d
01:43:161 (31) - d
01:43:461 (32) - k
I think this is the base difficulty you should have for each combo, feel free to modify other combos like this in the kiais to make them difficultily appropiate.

Otherwise not going to nitpick any further.

00:02:560 (1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,2,3,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1) - this, paired with the erratic SV changes and change in 1/4 and 1/3 patterns, might make this VERY hard to read for a LOT of muzukashii players, despite being a calm part.
I suggest you remove some 1/4 and completely remove the 1/3 to make it much more readable/playable for muzukashii level players.

Also remove this SV: 01:49:761 -
It makes the 3/4 finishers barely readable because of it, and we dont want that.

This muzukashii does not very well fit into the Spread at all. It is WAY too difficult from the Futsuu up, even if you accepted my suggestion to make it harder!
You should really, really nerf it before you change anything structurally/hitsound wise.

00:33:269 - in the silent part i advise you to not use 1/4 as much as you just did, rather just use a 1/4 to emphasize something special in there, and not spam it like it has similar intensity as the kiai, which it clearly doesnt have, because it isnt the kiai.
for example:
Remove 00:51:942 (1) - because the emphasis still works without it, also making the silent part easier, which is what youd want.
furthermore i advise you (after it has been nerfed) to put some more 1/2 without 1/4 for the piano, because seeing 1/4 with one 1/2 after and the rest being 1/1 in a 1/2 piano heavy part is very irritating.
For example: 00:37:018 - is a good place to put a d for piano!
and so on!

In the kiais i suggest you to do following to fix the spread problem:
01:02:066 - THIS kiai is the most appropiate one spreadwise, you should take this one, and copy paste it around if you like, but before that, you should remove some of the 1/4 like 01:05:515 (1,1,1,1,1,1) - , 01:04:165 (1,1,1) -.
This should make it much more appropiate in spread, thus i advise you again to take this kiai and make the others similar to it in density /patterns.

This Difficulty seems very Conceptless and mapped seemingly arbitrary when it comes to the longer streams in the kiai, for example
00:27:869 (1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1) - this stream, where neither the pitch of melody, the melody itself as in position, the background beat, or the background pitch match up with the pattern.
01:05:665 (1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1) - same goes for this.
01:08:665 (1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1) - and this.
01:44:361 (1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1) - this.

Id like you to reconsider some of those patterns to make the correlation between them and the song much clearer, how is up to you, but i highly advise you you should do so.

Other things regarding pitch/pattern choices:

00:41:743 (1) - k because the pitch is carried from the previous note in a way, also makes it flow a little better.

00:45:867 (1,1,1,1,1) - this doesnt fit with the background beat you follow quite strongly here. consider changing for a better pattern.

One example when you dont know what to map to, what you seem to have the problem most of the time:
00:46:917 (1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1) - this seems mapped like it was arbitrary on first glance, and it doesnt quite sound well.
One Idea i can propose to you is to listen to strong melody sounds and mapping the k onto them for example:

Other than those little things id also recommend you remap this difficulty, its riddled with inconsistencies and partly clueless mapping, that kind of kills the entire structure especially in the kiai and so forth.



-------SUMMARY

I dont think this Mapset will be going anywhere soon without fixing the major spread and mapping problems that are obviously present in your mind when mapping higher diffs.

When you ask for mods try to ask for a Spread mod, thats what you will need first before you ask for people to mod for hitsounds or the like.
