Problem Details:
Hey guys.
I'm using mouse+keyboard on Windows 10.
I'm experiencing a "miss lag" whenever I miss a bubble. What I mean by that is the cursor won't move accordingly to the mouse when there's a miss or 100. It slows down a bit and prevents me from hitting the next bubbles. I would say that it feels like deceleration but I absolutely tried every method I can find to disable acceleration and reduce lag.

I've done:
1. Optimizing NVIDIA control panel settings.
2. Optimizing osu settings(uncap framerate, use raw input, turn off visual effects and etc.).
3. Turning off the Xbox screen capturing thing and removing the whole function using PowerShell.
4. Windows power to high performance.
5. Trying different USB ports.

My specs:
Intel Core-i7 5820K@4GHz
Nvidia GTX 980Ti@1418MHz
4x4GB DDR4 RAM@3000MHz
osu is stored in SSD(Samsung 850 EVO 500GB Sata)
I play on a 144Hz monitor and constantly get 1000+ fps
Keyboard is Corsair K70 RGB Rapidfire(Cherry MX Speed switches)
Mouse is Mad Catz R.A.T. Pro. X with Philips PLN2037 laser sensor and ceramic feet on a hard mousepad. I'm a tip-gripper so I use 6400DPI in 1080P with osu sensitivity 1 and Windows sensitivity untouched.

osu! version: 20170222.3 (latest)

Sorry for my broken English.

Are you trying to describe input lag/latency?

Nope. It's not a consistent lag/latency. It only happens whenever I get a 100 or miss.
