00:59:760 - to 01:01:674 - and 01:40:611 - to 01:42:366 - could use the soft sampleset from of the lack of drums in this section

00:35:185 (4) - Feels a little farther away than the 3 notes before, maybe move it a little closer?

Do you want to rank this map set? If you do, you need a diff between hard and insane because the difficulty gap is too big now.

Hard

00:10:611 (3,4) - Remove whistle. Actually you don't need 1/4 stuff in a diff under 3 stars, too hard, although not clickable.

Bad news again, you must have a diff under 2 stars in a mapset if you want to rank it, so you need a easy.

I think this mapset is far away from ranking, I suggest you keep mapping more maps till you can adjust whether a map could be ranked and then try to make a new mapset for rank.

I usually mods only flow and timing (and rarely combo) because I suck at hitsound's placing xd.
There, timing is perfect :P so I'll just give my opinion on flow.

01:12:206 (6,7,8,9) - Feels a bit weird, I'd move (8) closer to (7) (or (7) is to close from (6))

try to make this and this the same. this adds consistency which is good for low star diffs. the second one flows better in my opinion.
locations: 00:01:036 (1,2,3) - and 00:06:142 (1,2,3) -
01:08:377 (4,5) - i feel this would look and flow better
00:24:015 (1,1) - follows the exact same rhythm as 00:29:121 (1,2) - so: either remove NC on first one or add same NC on the second one.
You should really try playing around with hitsound volume, the entire map uses 100% volume, just copy ur August Night hitsounds to here and I think it will be fine

00:26:568 (1,2,3) - i modded this part right after i modded normal so this came into my head, use the same pattern i suggested in normal. it flows better
00:52:100 (1,2,3) - this part looks kinda weird, stick to your original spacing and redo this part

01:24:015 (1,2) - this is inconsistent, the "unique" pattern was never used again (except in SLM's Insane :P ), change it
once again just use your August Night hitsounds here, the entire map is at 100% again

You may want to check your stack latency, this is painfully hard to read for a low 4 star insane, but the patterns are consistent.
