[Archived] Cant play due to lags or other issues

Problem Details:
When playing I have very frequent "lags". Sliders for example get interrupted even though I'm constantly holding the button or circles dissapear sooner than they should and I have no chance of clicking them. My ping and fps are really good though so I have no idea what's the problem all of a sudden since it always worked for the last few weeks and I didnt change anything with my setup and the hardware is fine aswell.

First make sure your offset is set to 0
Next make sure your running in Fullscreen mode and using Unlimited(Gameplay)

It is 0 and I am running fullscreen with constant 240 fps(unlimited) :/
