Problem Details:
My osu will boot up, and then after about 5 or 10 seconds my system mouse will become visible alongside with my osu cursor, and I can barely click on anything (if at all, most of the time I can't) and tabbing out reveals a right click menu on some other tab that has "Back, Forward, Print, and View source". Despite me not ever right clicking in osu. I've tried restarting osu several times, swapping between fullscreen and windowed, and pressing f7 to change framerates. Nothing.

Take note that even though my cursor is at the bottom of the screen in the screenshot, it's on top of the osu icon in actuality.
