Alright, just giving out some few tips to start with.

Tips

I'm just going to point out every point one time, instead of repeating myself, so you could actually try to figure out some similar point, since you are up for learning~ And I'm sure you don't want to read me repeating myself either xD.

00:05:904 (3,4,5,6,7,1,2) - You'll want to try to avoid this, since look at how cramp it is http://puu.sh/txAkw/d97d34a638.jpg.
The distance spacing here 00:06:443 (4,5) - isn't that big, and here 00:06:802 (5,6,7) - player have to click really fast, so it can be quite confusing, and hard to read for normal players.

00:09:677 (5,1,2) - Look at here, after finishing playing note(5), the end of slider (2) is right behind, which might cause Normal player, or average player playing with FL : http://puu.sh/txAp2/4a985a5ccb.jpg. Mostly when the head of the slider is like totally the opposite way, and super far from note(5), and note(1) is EVEN MORE FAR. Even if there is a huge 1/1 rhythm gap between them, player might chock by seeing the notes so far, while slider 2 is near, the might get confuse and try to hit note(1) too early.
While for example if you do something like this : http://puu.sh/txABQ/8e0929456b.jpg, player cursor will go on 1 slowly and then slowly flow into slider (2).

Now another thing you will see from a lots of modder in standard, is blanket mod.
I usually don't do blanket mods, unless is really dramatic looking slider haha.

Usually normal and easy should always have consistent spacing, that mean the same spacing through the whole diff, some exception might apply with some few small SV or BPM change though, but here is not the case. 01:06:443 (3,4) - have 1.20x spacing and 01:07:162 (4,5) - have 1.02x. Sometimes is not noticeable in-game, but most of the time it is, just like in the screenshot. I can notice that either you went lazy, or you purposely changed spacing.

^ After spotting this, I realize that your spacing is really not consistent through your whole map, try to move your pattern so that every spacing is consistent.

01:28:000 (1,2,3,4) - Really not suggested in both rhythm and pattern, rhythm is because there is basically movement on every 1/2 tick, even those small reverse slider are really short and quick, so this can be really too quick to play for normal player. Also in pattern, player have to consistently turn their cursor 90 degree and 180 degree (reverse slider) everything. Those reverse slider feel like it break the flow. Pretty sure you can make something more easy to play for a normal difficulty.
