This is my fist skin, it not good, but if you like @2x HD elements you will like it!

I like it alot

Don't know why there is a gap between the lines on the menu-button-background, but it looks confusing with it, other than that a great skin.

Also since your ranking-graph is 1x1 transparent it is impossible to see the unstable rate after a play you have made, you can still have it transparent, but with increased dimesnions fitting the ranking panels box so the unstable rate would show up.

i found some issue drom SD version of your skin like this '-')/

Selection Tab

and you can see selection button not themed :3

Max Combo Letter

you can see default "Combo" letter was overlapping :3

Spinner Metre

Spinner metre didn't show up :3

Cursor

and last, you can see cursor trail not centered to cursor elements :3

so may i help you to fix SD version of your skin? ^^)b

This skin is so cool ! I like the pause and fail overlay so much !
It's so neat
Although When I play, the normal osu! comboburst appears, Dunno if that's intentional...
Also those ranking subtitles

Nice skin, but the normal-hitnormal is very loud and long, it's more like a finish than a hitnormal, maybe replacing it will be better
