Best way to learn how to properly map would be to play more Salad/Cup diffs that were made in 2016. Maps from 2015 (aside from some a few skilled mappers) really don't follow the modern ranking criteria. That and get better at the game. I wouldn't recommend anyone to map CtB until they're at rank 4k or lower, since flow and stuff isn't really understood until that point.
If you're trying to get this ranked, gl have fun, but the standards we need to meet are stupidly high because standard mode is so popular, and there isn't enough CtB modders to get there. I mapped something quite similar to you while I was a noob, remapped it at rank 2k and it's now something I think is alright. I would suggest you do the same. Although that applies differently on different maps. This for example is a slow and short map, with very repetitive rhythms.
