[Insane]

00:09:738 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2) – so the piano goes into 1/3 notes which you ignore which is fine. But I don't like you pretending to go with the piano if you aren't going to actually go into 1/3, so try a rhythm that works better with the drum like http://puu.sh/sgZFL/7f4f3dfece.jpg . Otherwise, don't underestimate the audience and go into 1/6 rhythm throughout this measure.

00:15:067 (1,1,1,1) – great transition
00:40:725 (1,1,1) – Not as great. Here, the singer is going up in intensity, so decreasing the SV doesn't feel good to me. Make the second SV either the same or bigger than the first (which means you means you might have to nerf the first).

00:57:896 (2,3,4,5) – I think the instrument in the background is some kind of violin. Let's call it that. The violin is pretty weak here, yet the pattern you have is a very strong committal to it which feels overdone. ok fixed all exept the normal thingy 'cause i think this normal is balanced enough in term of rythmn since it fits the gap between hard and easy imo.
also added video on pkhg woops
(fixed the offscreen slider on pkhg)
removed hitsounds!
