So I did an RX play on a pretty fast map, and I noticed that in every single run I did (about 3) there was always really bad lag on my tablet. My cursor would freeze in one spot for a few seconds. It might be caused by the way I hold my pen, but I doubt I would make the same mistake in 3 runs.

In-game sensitivity: 1.5x

Tablet (Wacom Intuos Draw) proportions:

Top: 351
Bottom: 7740
Left: 1397
Right: 13278

Is it possible you are hovering too high? Also try and make sure your tablet drivers are up to date it often is the problem.

Also, if hovering too high is not the case, try to change the USB port where you are plugging in your tablet. It may not do anything, but it has solved this kind of issues a few times in the past.

Several things fixes the problems of tablets and they're almost universally known
1. Restart osu!
2. Use another port
3. Use another plug
4. Use another computer
5. Restart driver service (open task manager and go to services tab and find drivers and stop then start service)
6. (Last resort) Reinstall drivers

Minor things to do:
Compatibility mode
Try fallback version
Turn off/on raw input
Go into full screen/windowed mode

Last thing:
Make sure there is enough RAM for osu! And the tablet both
