Ok I had this issue when I tried uploading a beatmap with video. Basically everything was ok on my end, the .osu was fine, video was in the song folder, I was using a supported file format etc. When I went to upload it BSS did it's shit, I would click "Submit" and it would be like "your beatmap submitted fam" however when I or anyone else went to download it (without clicking the no video button) the beatmap package came with no video. I don't know what was going on. I tried reuploading a bunch of times with and without the video but it didn't fix it. Someone told be to try change the format to avi since I was using flv but that didn't help either it actually made it worse. Now whenever I try to upload it with any format of video the thing just freezes on "creating package". Like it doesn't crash it just freezes on it and doesn't do anything.
Edit: This new error is occurring even without a video
