Oh well, this is what I do to put beatmaps in my iPhone. This would be a redundant post, but bah w/e.

I open Cyberduck (I'm using a mac) but you could use other OpenSSH clients for Windows. I create an SFTP connection, port 22, enter my IP Address and log in using the username root and the password alpine.

try to access the private/var/mobile/documents/osu/beatmaps

then you can copy paste your beatmaps from your osu! folder from your PC. As simple as that.
