[Archived] Difficulty bug

Problem Details:
Hello! I'm here because I've got a bug on my Work-in-Progress map. I wanted it incredibly difficult (and I've done it so), but difficulty algorithm has some kind of stopped updating and star difficulty is froze in value 2,63. I'm afraid of that uploaded beatmap will still have 2.63 stars and it will get hated because such a hard beatmap is minimally hard difficulty. Is someone there with the same problem? Or someone who fixed it? Please, help.

Never, and I repeat never Judge a map on its star rating alone. As for the map, what happens if you add some jacks? Try adding a massive jack, to see if the difficulty gets increased (single taps at high BPM are nigh impossible, so having a stream full of single taps will increase the difficulty)
If the rating still doesn't change, then there is a bug. If it does change, then the map is being properly calculated.
And one more recommendation, never map hard songs for the sake of them being hard

I know it but I'm sure that it's way harder than 2.63 stars. I've given this map to my friend who knows osu!mania well and he told that this beatmap is minimum 4 stars. When mapped to main sounds of the song it got about 1,5 stars, then I added BG notes for 15 first secnods of the drop so it got this 2,63 stars rate. But this beginning wasn't so hard that it might really be 2,63 stars, but when these notes got to mix up with sliders it made REAL madness, but the rating is still froze. Second drop I started ridiculous in hope anything changes, but nothing happened. If you want I can try to make a video of this map.

I don't think this is a bug. Just more how star ratings are calculated.
