  1. 00:42:521 (3,4) - Vocal begins on white tick; wouldn't make much sense to start (4) on red when the vocal has already started. I know you want to keep that 1/1 gap because it's easy diff, so maybe make (3,4) one long slider, since it would better follow the rhythm, while keeping it simple for beginners.

  1. 00:00:565 (1,2,3) - I really don't think there should be any hitsounds [which includes 00:02:304 (1,2,3)] until 00:04:043 (1). Everything before 00:04:043 (1) only has subtle drums, which shouldn't be emphasized since the tambourine is more important. It wouldn't be a good idea to give two instruments the same hitsound.
  2. 00:04:043 (1) - Should have some hitsound to emphasize the tambourine.
  3. 00:15:130 (2) - I honestly think this should be two circles. Vocal-wise, this sounds similar to 00:13:608 (3,4) and would be slightly more confusing to play otherwise unless you had that repetition.
  4. 00:35:782 (2) - Shouldn't you just copy/paste (1) to make it symmetrical?
  5. 00:40:564 (1) - NC should start at (2) because that's when a new vocal begins.
  6. 00:44:043 (1) - Don't see a point of an NC here since there's no new sound.

00:12:738 (3) - move to x:364 y:336 and curve it a bit, like : http://i.imgur.com/ej6iucU.png why? first of all, there's no reason for the slider to be so low, it can be uncomfortable to new players, second, curving it makes the flow a bit better and gives a better feeling / look.
00:26:651 (3) - Wait what? This way too out of grid, I mean, it even TOUCHES the ingame overlay http://i.imgur.com/7Ifooj0.jpg

00:30:130 (3) - Curve it in direction to the next note, also:
00:31:434 (4) - Move this to x:344 y:160 to make a better triangle pattern with 00:29:695 (2,3) -

00:32:521 (4,5) - These sliders feel really off because they're not on the strong beats and is confusing because owhile you try to follow the voice, you has been following a intituive beat clicking on the sliders, try this 00:32:521 - being another note and move the sliders one tick to the right, it would end as 4 notes jump and then 4 sliders set, that way you make emphasis on the beats, the voice, and you don't lose intensity, like: http://i.imgur.com/ugkvU8D.png

  1. 00:04:912 (3,1) - How about making the aesthetics here better? https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/6420176. They have an even spacing for those two notes and slider end, and maybe you may try changing the place of 00:05:130 (4) - if you want to make it only to the right-movement.
  2. 00:24:478 (1) - I think the NC is not needed here if it's only for the volume and hitsound change, and it looks nicer if the NC is off imo.
  3. 00:27:956 (5,6) - How about CTRL+G-ing here? It would emphasize the high sounded vocals at 00:28:391 (1) - better and there would be an effect for 00:27:956 (5) - too, since you changed the hitsound to soft here.
  4. 00:37:086 (1) - Actually I'm hoping this note has a higher spacing, since you put normal-sounded vocals with 1.40x spacing, mostly in this diff. Imo, putting it a bit more to the bottom sounds better, maybe you may try 1.60x lol

    00:07:521 (1) - This curve is not natual. You can actually use a single anchor to create something better. Like this:
    00:14:478 (1) - Maybe you can use less curve on the tail to make the tail looks not so big.

    00:40:782 (2,3) - Since here is actually with 00:41:651 (4,5) - this part, you didn't map the drum here at 00:41:434 . That is fine, but if you stack 2 with 1, it will make it pretty intuitive to think that the drum is also mapped to follow 1,2,3 pattern. So to be less confusing, I'm thinking about moving 2 and 3 a bit to avoid recognizing 1,2,3 as a pattern. Here is a reference you may want to take a look:
