00:00:094 (1,2,1,2) - This part seems very akward to me :/

First, The end of 00:00:094 (1) can't be correctly snapped onto the second offset, so I suggest you to remove the reverse
Secondly; I think 00:01:769 (2,1) will sounds better 1/2 earlier
Finally, add a note at 00:01:150 and 00:02:825

If you do that, you should have something like http://puu.sh/1Kpf and in my opinion it's much better than before

01:26:040 (3) - Add a new combo mark here ?

- I think AR7 is a bit fast for a normal, AR6 would be better imo.
00:18:888 (2,4) - This kind of slider is not really needed in this kind of difficulty. And I would more appreciate something like http://puu.sh/1KpN here. But it's just a suggestion.
00:29:451 (3) - Replace this slider by a circle and add a circle at 00:29:874 - ?

Imo slider tick rate 1 would be better for all the diffs.
