[Archived] Random input lag spikes

Problem Details:

When playing any osu map i randomly get a lag spike.
The input lag counter in the bottom right of my screen goes from ~1.0 ms to 5 ms instantly and it freezes my game for a second.
I'm playing Fullscreen at 1400x900 with raw input on.
I've tried switching to Stable release, Beta, and Cutting Edge but none of them helps.
The only programs i run while playing osu! is Discord and Steam.
My specs are: Windows 10 AMD A10-7850k 8 GB Ram Gtx 750 Ti

Try this :

- Put your FPS rate to Unlimited in options
- Put game in full screen
- Update your skin
- Update your graphic card Driver?

I've tried all of those but updating my skin. What do you mean by update your skin?

Try getting the latest version of your skin, personally I had bugs when I used an old version of doomsday's skin !!

Try turning off Steam and/or Discord while playing osu and go into process manager and try to find anything that takes a lot of memory.

-Open the osu!.PCNAME.cfg file with notepad and change the renderer to opengl or directx (Play around with both)
- With the same file : make sure offset is set to 0
- if it still doesn't work : Hold shift while launching osu! --> Change Stable(latest) to --> Stable (fallback) --> Hit repair osu!
